Your CG has stood up so is rooted. have sad stories to tell on your attempted 3 rooted double white...am tempted to just send you my back up cutting which is now a 1 foot fully Yed plant (taken from the branch that puts out the weirdest blooms, just like all I have tried to root for you but they just do NOT want to live with you tiG) but I am afraid my mother will be stolen for out front and in a pot....may just send you what I have and cut you a new piece that YOU root yourself!!! I have your bulbs also......so will probably to do mailing soon.............. what else did you want? said the fly to the spider

This white in this is most likely due to virus the canna carries with it.
Most of us canna growing people agree (after lots of testing) that most
all cannas have been exposed to Bean Yellow Mosiac Virus ..whether they test positive or not.
The last couple years have been high virus activity years. At some point this canna should
settle back to just pink again as the 'white' is not part of its true colour.
Can't really tell from the photo, but this canna may be China Doll. It is that colour.
And some of my China Dolls show same streaking this summer.
Abutilon............ well I hope it does not lose the lighter streaks of pink in the bloom! That is what makes it so pretty. There is no white........... so does that make a difference as far as a virus goes?

Kell, I am thinking too hot temps is bringing some of this streaking.
I remember hearing once that Stuttgart will produce all white leaves if too many days to high 90s. We have had that.
And some of my Stuttgarts now have all white leaves.
