This works especially great with melons - honeydew and canteloupe, but grapes and such are good, too. I sort of made this up - based loosely on a Betty Crocker recipe.
Honey Nut Fruit dip:
Honey & nut cream cheese - 8 oz
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp ginger (ground up)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
4 oz. crushed and drained pineapple
Blend everything but the pineapple until it's super creamy. Fold in the pineapple and refrigerate.
Yum.
