G2S, my V orange is from brugie, and it looks peach to me too. maye the next blooms will be darker. i took a flower off VP to compare, and the VO was larger and longer than the VP, not much difference in color. am i wrong ms brugie? i surely did not mislabel yours as you wrote the names on the stems!!!!!!

G2S, you have mail.

Arlene, my versicolor peach is much lighter than VO and the blooms are a bit different.
G2S, I have an Ecuador Pink, it's a versicolor. I may have a little of Kyles Pink rooted, it's versicolor too.

I found that the versicolor orange was much deeper in color when grown in afternoon shade. Don't know if that will help or not, but it worked for me last year.

Ms Brugie, my VO is in a pot under oak trees, few hours direct sun middle morning/early pm. it is budding up again, will be opening again soon. i'm guessing it will be darker.

Arlene, mine bloomed late last year, so maybe cooler weather will affect the bloom color as well. I just know it was one of my favorites. The fragrance was wonderful.
