the last couple of blooms have turned a little peachy, kinda funny. will have to see what the next blooms do. i love this little flower though, don't know if you can see how small it is.

Very neat! Is this more of the EK series?

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Liz, i numbered the seedlings i got from brugman last year, this one frosted before it bloomed. i have been using E1, etc, tig is using EK1, etc...

It's so cute, sort of like the one I posted.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

arlene, is it confusing me using EK?? I can change as I've only had two so far. I can use Knight 1 and Knight 2. I love EK9, mine has a bud!!!

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

tig, i am not confused. this is a really sweet one, hoping the peach comes through with the next batch.

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Arlene . . very pretty and cute. Do you know what this is a cross of?

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

Similar to the species form of white aurea.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Cute little flowers. Arlene, you have some really cute and unusual brugs in your gardens. I think I'm going to have to wait on the "White Aurea" :-) to bloom next year. I just love the way yours looked. What is it being called now. I need to change my tag.

That's exquisite. Love the smaller flowers.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

glad I have this one, I want to work some smaller flowers. What is the cross, do you know?

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Brugnanny and tig, it is Doctor Suess X EP, in the first batch of seedling i got from brugman last summer, first buds frosted before opening. it is sweet.
ms brugie, i am still calling it aurea white-not. you see, i am sure this was a grown plant out of brugman's yard. i potted it up in the same pot it is in last december. it must have a name. maybe i'll take a different pic when it blooms again and he'll recognize it.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Okay Arlene. Hope he comes along and spies it, names it, and then I can let it go to sleep for the winter. :-)

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

That is beautiful. Love the smallness of the flower. Hope you get a name for it. It's a real keeper.

FSH, TX

Sorry, I never named that one. Will have to leave it up to you guys to name. Nice picture Arlene.

this flower is so strange, it had a bloom that after 2 days went a soft peach. it is so sassy. i wonder if i am wrong about its parentage. it's getting ready to open again. sassy is what i think, sassy blooms they way they hang.

Nice one Arlene.

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Very nice Arlene. Love the flower.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

I do love the shape on this one. lost the first buds, but it's growing big and strong. need to check for buds tomorrow if I can get a minute.

Hamilton, Canada

Arlene are you going to name this one "Sassy"? Would like to know and thanks..

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

might name it that, don't know. i really do like it and once it gets going seems to be a good bloomer. thinks it's a versicolor.....

Arlene any more blooms opened up on this one yet? Hoping you get more peach in them!!

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

the first pods on this are ripening, as is the pod on maya that i put E9 pollen on. didn't write date down, middle of august though. they are getting nice and yellow, shouldn't be but a few days. the best part of this brug is how the calyx hangs off the branch.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

arlene,you lucky girl!

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Arlene, Keeping my fingers crossed you get some very special seedlings.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Hope you get a great brug from some of the seeds.

Arlene,
I have one from Eric marked "small white with great fragrance." Think it's the same...hasn't bloomed....just put it in the greenhouse for the winter.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Glory, his is one of the seedlings that i bought from him last summer. would like to know if it's the same, but i didn't think so. the seedlings were 3-4 feet tall when i bought them, this one had buds on it last year when the frost got it. maybe it's a sibling though.

Arlene,
Thanks....I'll post a picture of this one when it blooms.

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

Arlene . . hope you get some real beauty's from your crosses.
