Wow! You DID it!!! Just like with roses and trees. The node or what it is called seems quite happy with its new home. How long has it been living there? You give the word Multi-hybrid an entire new meaning. *smiling big*

Irish, I've been threatening to try this and now that I see how you did it, I might just give it a go. Hope this one makes the connection and you have a great two colored brug next year.

Its been a week now and still looking good. Plan on giving it a little longer cutting above the graft and when its growing good cut below the graft and rooting it should then have a whiskers and a frost pink on one brug keeping fingers crossed.

Irish,
Fantastic. There are several weak growing plants I have wanted to try this with. Not to have 2 different flowers on one bush but to use the strong root stock. Have my fingers crossed for you. You did a great job. Please keep us posted.
