Depinto Tomatoes

Richmond, KY(Zone 6b)

Will anybody who got seed for DePinto tomatoes from me last year please contact me off-list at BrookBarb@aol.com. There's a possibility the seed isn't pure, and I need to check that out.

In fact, if you grew DePinto at all I would like to hear from you.

Thanks.

Brook - I have oodles of De Pinto tomatoes in my conservatory now. Green ones, that I hope will ripen so I can save the seed.

I grabbed them from the garden today because some adjacent tomatoes (6 metres away) showed signs of blight.

If they merely turn golden, the seed should then be viable.

I'm not sure if I got the seed from you originally. I'll look up my database (different program) and put another post here in a few minutes. Bear with me...

Yep, Brook, 'twas verily your seed!

The tomatoes look good, however.

What shall I do, oh maestro?

John,

I'll send you an email off list about what's happening.
