Not Valentine

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

I bought this at a reputable nursery. It was a bit pricey compared to the other cannas, but it's a teeny little short plant. It was tagged Valentine, but isn't Valentine more red/pink than orange/red? It's about a foot tall.
ps, that's a ginger beside it. I thought I had them all out of that bed, but missed one.

Cala,
It looks more orange/red on my computer. Its very pretty nonetheless.

It is a real pretty one, sorry it wasn't the one you thought you had bought. Can you take it back, if it was a lot more costly than it should have been? I have gotten things like this from good reputable nurseries, like Wayside Gardens, and others. You'd think they could keep them straight.

Hibiscus, I thought about taking it back, but I like it. I was just disappointed.

Susie, if mine decides to multiply better before fall, I'll send you a piece of it. Only one of my three grew.

OK Brugie, or I can wait. I'll share this one if you want. It's got one baby on it now. They are a bit slow aren't they? I think I'll pot mine up before frost and let it grow all winter. It's so short, it won't take up much room.

Cala...........I just saw where someone posted this in the PDB pics, as a "Pele" 18-24 inches.
