I throw things out too...dandelions, crabgrass, other weedy things - but, I don't recall throwing anything like a justicia out........sounds like the poor justicias were treated like weeds... eeeekkkkkk

Some things are better left unsaid!!! My Daughter is asst property mgr. at a large office complex, she tells me about how the landscape co jerks out so many beautiful things - including BRUGs!! Whole gardens several times a year! Makes me sick

TiG, I think I'll be doing that with lots of the seeds from Earl, every single one of them has bloomed white. They all look exactly alike. They are pretty in the tropical beds though.
I tossed mine before they bloomed. with yours, Erics, Gloria's and more, I didn't need them.
Are those the valley grow seeds?I have one with buds now.....
I wish I had, then I could have planted more out instead of having them in pots. LBJ's are all white too. One of Eric's seedlings bloomed today, a nice dark pink edge.

I saved 6-8 of them..I don't have a greenhouse so can't save every thing! I got too many bruggies to keep all plants!LOL
Eclipse, they are hardy here and I still have a half dozen or more. They are blooming now. I like this flower, and like Eclipse, can't keep them all.
thinking i'm going to send kyle a handful of priority stamps and address labels so that when he gets the urge to dump stuff all he has to do is stick it in a box : )
