I was outside cutting back my queen anne's lace and look what I found! My kids formerly dubbed these the parsley worms. LOL

Looks like a black swallowtail cat. They like things in the carrot family for larval food.
I'm just thrilled that it will be a beautiful butterfly if it is lucky. LOL
