I have recently purchased this plant to grow in a contanier in my office. My question is, does it have to be root bound to grow better or does it need ample growing space to do well. I really don't know much about this plant but it sure does look nice and I want to keep it that way.

I wish I knew the answer to your question. I may have to do some research on it when I get back home. I'm out of town right now. Mine always grew outside, so it just grew wherever it put down roots.
