This is a great groundcover for shady areas. Hardy and vigorous, it gives major color to dark areas, even full shade. I rate it a real plus in my garden.

I have it blooming and spreading in a shady dry place under a very large maple. It's one of the best and most reliable plants in my garden. It's also very easy to divide and give to friends.

Mine didn't survive the rotten winter we had here, but I bought another one that I hope to winter over this year. In what zone are you growing this?
