eggplant deluge!

Well, I checked the DG Cookbook first and there is a great recipe for Eggplant Salad (by pebble) but no others. I just checked the garden and I have lots of the long slim "oriental-type" eggplants out there! Last year I would marinate them in olive oil/garlic/salt/pepper then grill them, basting as they cooked (delish!).
This yr I'd like to find something easy and quick to do w/these babies.
Any ideas out there?
Pweese? Pwetty pweese? (He says in a high-pitched voice, turning his head sideways...).
