I've never seen the blue before either. Sure pink, and purple, but now blue. Where do you find these???

I found this at the little nursery that Azalea, Dee and I went to at the round up. Don't you wish you'd gone now?

Cala, i have one but I call it a pale lavender. I also have the red, and a dark pink. They root very easily from cuttings and also germinate very well from seed.

This one is sort of a silver/blue color. I'll have to see if it had a tag, I can't remember.
Now, where do I look for seed? Are they tiny?

Cala, the seed are very very tiny. They will be in the flower cluster. When it starts to dry up, clip it off and put it in an envelope to finish drying. The seed will fall out once it is dry.

Thanks Busybee.

Yes thanks- never thought of gettin seeds from these - I only have the pink. Last year I tried to just dig up a whole plant to save it like coleus, but it didn't make it. This year I may try to find some seeds and do cuttings. A friend of mine kas kept the same plant for years, it is huge!!
