I just want to thank you again for mine. I hated losing the one I had, and it was something I really wanted. It bloomed it's head off and is still going.

Hattiesburg, MS(Zone 8a)

I love the smell and what a delightful plant. Saw some on the coast grown as hanging baskets.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

does this set seed? I noticed today what look like seedpods, but was on the run, and didn't investigate

Barb,
Never thought of putting it in a hanging basket...bet is was pretty.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

TiG, I saw those on mine then Wally rubbed against it and they fell off. I'm experimenting with cuttings.
Barbara, I might have to try the hanging basket, I'm running out of floor space.

TiG, have you noticed how wonderful this one smells? I kept smelling jasmine and couldn't figure out which one I was smelling. It was this plant, it's very strong scented in the evening.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

it is! I took two cuttings today to see if I can get them going.

High Desert, CA(Zone 8a)

another plant on my wish list. hint, hint.

btw... Cala & tig, the brug seeds i planted are now a foot tall! i have 6 of them growing strong & good. the only problem is i do not know what they are cause they were assorted brug seeds.

the good news! i have buds on my brugs on the ground! whooooooppppppeeeeeeee! i guess i have sometime to wait for the flower to bloom.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

OK folks, I'll try. Y'all know how I love a challenge. I will wait for new growth, every sprig of this plant is covered with flowers right now. It's in part sun and I fed it a big handful of Osmocote.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

mines in full sun. I took two tiny cuttings yesterday.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

That was on my wish list.....

Hattiesburg, MS(Zone 8a)

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

oh CC, was I supposed to start you one? I'm sorry if I was, this has been the craziest year. I do have your HG that I couldn't remember when Dee was here though.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Thanks TiG, forgot that not everyone would know what those letters meant.

Milton, FL(Zone 8a)

Yes Cala, keep me,the village idiot,in mind.Remember,I just started doing flowers last year.Until then it had been, and still is,heirloom vegetables. ;>)

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

JT, me too!!! I found a whole world of flowers when I came here!

Kentwood, LA(Zone 8b)

Me too. I have just in the last two years been able to stay home and work in my yard. This is a plant that I have been looing for a long time. If anyone wants to trade for a cutting or plant please let me know.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

If mine take, I'll take more. got your name down BB.

Kentwood, LA(Zone 8b)

Thanks tiG, you`re an angel.

Chipley, FL(Zone 8a)

tiG and Cala, if you think the purple one smells you ought to smell the white/yellow version. I have a small one and it is one of the strongest smelling plants I have encountered. Will knock your socks off and the blooms are bigger too.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

TiG, time to make a raid on a certain garden in Florida!!

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

I agree, bags packed:)

Chipley, FL(Zone 8a)

Waiting at the door!!!

Kentwood, LA(Zone 8b)

Hey wait for me. I will be bringing up the rear. I am moving slow but I will bring the shovel and stand watch while someone does the digging. Dee, when did you say that you were going shopping? LOL

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

So Dee, there is a yellow/white YT and T?? Inquiring minds want to know. I can't picture that.
I am so pathetic that it wasn't until I read this thread the other day and was shocked it would be blooming so late that I did research and realize it was supposed to bloom all summer with the right care. I have one that I have had for atleast 10 years and I have neglected it horribly I guess. I thought it just did a spectacular flush in late spring which mine does and that is it for the year so then I just ignored it and did not water much or fertilize. I have reformed!

Chipley, FL(Zone 8a)

Kell, yes there is. Go to Logees.com, they have pictures of it.
