Does Anyone have start of Tiara??

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

I would like to have a start of this one.
I can send a cutting of the Jutner's orange, or I think Candida White ( is that right).

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Honibee, I will have some later if you don't find any sooner.

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Lucky girl Cala ~~ we seem to keep striking out on this one.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

You better behave or I'll have to come out there and spank you.
Of course the little sis can have one too. Geez, these kids are a lot of trouble and when did I acquire so many? LOL

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

well, actually I thought you were my little sis. my very wise little sis:)

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

well now I can handle that, but y'all think I'm much smarter than I am!!

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

That's what happens when you go away for 2 weeks, brug pods all over, sons and little sis's etc. .........

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Oh gosh - me and my alter ego - brugcrazy- (who is off painting on an island) thank you. She's been trying to get this one for a year. Nothing but dreck coming from Hodnik - twice. I will pay the phyto just to get one for her.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

OK, better let it bloom before y'all get too excited.

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

I sure started something didn't I.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

OK, I just started 6 cuttings from the little side branches that come out of the trunk. I'll let everyone know when they are rooted. That's 1 for Honibee, 2 for Liz(cause sh'es getting one for BC), 1 for Eclipse, 1 for TiG and 1 for Waterloolily. Sure hope none of them rot or I'll be in trouble!!

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

no you won't. I can wait if you lose one.

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

We can too - I was just being pushy!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Y'all know how careful I am about taking cuttings. Well before I left on vacation, I had some cuttings of passiflora and brugs that I needed to root. I didn't have much time, so I filled some clay flower pots with sand, vermiculite and even a bit of potting soil. Guess what? When I got back, they were rooted!! These cuttings were taken with clippers, a razor and some were just broken off. I didn't strip all the leaves, but I did use rooting hormone on some. They all rooted!!

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

Cala, I would like to see the bloom of this much wanted brug....

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Pebble, I haven't seen it either.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

OK, they are rooted. I'm pretty sure I have everyone's addresses.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

oh, I'll send more postage with the postage I owe from this last box!!! thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

TiG, it would have been great if they'd been rooted last week!! I was surprised that these all did so good.
I just wish L'Amour had rooted this easily. All of those rotted except one pityful one. Don't know what I'm doing wrong with that variety, that one and arborea.

Hamilton, Canada

Strut ya stuff Kyle in ya Tiara...you go there!! LOL. that was too funny Kyle.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

hey you guys, when one of the babies gets big and strong can I get a peice from someone?

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

CC, can I please please promise you a piece of mine????

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

you can if you beg me to take it...LOL

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Can I start arborea for you Cala?

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

Cala, start arborea with arlene's method. really works, honest.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

tiG,

Where can I found out about Arlene's method of starting?

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

she takes the cutting, sticks in damp soil, put in shade and forget about it. Don't baby, don't check for a few days. Don't overwater, most important. Works for me almost everytime.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

TiG, I'm going to do that with the next arborea and L'Amour cuttings. Not going to baby them at all.
TiG, Kyle yours went out today, Arlene, I sent you one too(yesterday) and the others will go out Friday. I ran out of boxes.
Liz, is your arborea different than the one I have? I won't turn one down, lol.

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

I don't know - which one do you have?? Who knows with these things right? It's the one I posted the picture of over the weekend. Starting a couple tomorrow. Will keep you posted.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

I'll take one, are your leaves fuzzy? Mine are fuzzy sort of. My sang perked up after Monika told me how to fix it, the leaves are much greener, but one died, too wet I think.

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Well then the sang needs a playmate. These two plants must get so lonely. Just them and their weak sister vulcanicola.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

they are lonely, the others won't have anything to do with them, lol.
