Jim, are some of these the ones I brought you from Eric?

tiG unless I have them mixed up, which is entirely possible, I though this was one that I got from Cala. Could be I got from you. I know it is a beauty to behold. I can't stay out of the yard. The picture here doen't show the pink that appeared today. I'll take another shot of it tonight when the sun isn't quite so brigh and maybe the pink will show up more.

GRC, wish I'd written down the ones I sent to you. I have Tropical Sunset, Charles Grimaldi, Jamaica Yellow, Sunray and Jean Pasco that are orange/yellow types of brugs. When I got Charles GRimaldi it was called Jutners Orange, so may have been labeled that.

Thanks Cala and we can call it anything as long as it stays here. It does have a slight lemon smell but not real strong. I will do a search on the ones mentioned and see if they look like this one. Hibiscus mentioned that Sunray had a lemon smell so maybe that is it. Thanks again to Cala, tiG, Eric and anyone else that a hand in getting this in my yard. It is covered with buds as is the other one also. I have a cousin that is coming for a visit Thursday that is in to flowers and plants and I hope it will still be blooming then. I had 8 different brugs that have buds. I gave one to a friend so now I have only 7. Can't wait for the others to bloom. Thanks again.

GRC, it is definitely not charles, tropical sunet, jamaican yellow or jean pasco!!! i am guessing it is from eric, maybe its my old eyes but all your pics of this remind me of my unknown from him.

Jim, does the angle of yours look like the angle of mine during the day? I don't know if you took a straight on shot or not.

i guess there is something wrong with my eyes. tig, i don't see long tendrils with twists on yours, and the calyx looks shorter. what am i missing?

lagrange, GA(Zone 7a)

tiG it doesn't look the same. This one is yellow except down on the bottom and then it changes to a light pink. I just went out to look at it and another one has blooms that opeded today. It looks the same as this one did yesterday. No pink so far. Thanks for the help.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

just thought I'd try. no, the tendrils don't twist, forgot that part:) and it doesn't change to pink. losing it here:)

I went out tonight and it wasn't pink anymore. Now I know I saw pink this morning and it wasn't strawberry daique either. Maybe it pink in the morning. Thanks to all for your help.
