Still very pretty Arlene. White Aurea....maybe another time. I do like this one too.

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Arlene. . . I agree with Miss Brugie - this one is pretty and the Aurea white will be in the future somewhere. I am going to save your picture so that I know what I have to look forwrd to. Arlene do you have any idea as to what it might possibly be?

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

Great plant..does have aurea in it....very nice!

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

Yummy Apricot??

BN, it was one of eric's. i am wondering if it was a seedling that bloomed white for him, as our pros say that the first blooms can be white, then later true color shows. Monika says the color can even come the next year (ms brugie, you might need to wait for one bloom before giving away!!!) i don't know how i could have mixed this label up. this was first day open bloom. it does have those twisted tendrils, made me wonder if it might be twisted sister, but i have another that the tendrils twist but not cork screw like this.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Arlene, I don't think mine will even bloom this year, so I'll just keep it in the basement for a big surprise next year. I love the color on this one. Hope what I have looks just like this. Thanks.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Brugie, i can assure you i probably did not mix up the labels when mailing!!!! took fresh cuttings. it is very deep orange now, like dr suess at its darkest.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Arlene, I'll be tickled to death with this one. Butterfly is beautiful and hasn't even totally opened. Great fragrance. I accidently gave away my Jean Pasco this year, but my own fault. Had what I thought was Pasco marked for planting this spring and find out it was Suess. Don't know how I messed that one up, but I did. Wish there was a market for Suess cuttings. I could make a million of them this fall. :-)

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Brugie,i am really happy it wasn't white too! now to find an id??? still don't know how i could mismark it, it's been labeled since i got it!!! no clue what it is, maybe brugman will come by.
it's good to have BF and pink beauty blooming, mine are side by side and haven't stopped blooming. BF scent is too strong for me, i like the light weights much better. ttyl

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Hey Arlene, if you were up here in the weather we are having, those heavy scents could come in handy. Just have to be sure I'm standing in the right spot to make good use of the fragrance. :-) Is that upwind, or downwind?

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

only other pic, have buds though.....thanks brugman!!!!

FSH, TX

Frosty pink cross would be my best guess.

Toadsuck, TX(Zone 7a)

Looks like Cala's pic of a Versi Orange.

"eyes"

Its beautiful, Arlene and have a remarkable color on the marging.

Eric, your creation is close to Hertchenbrücke and Mittagssonne and have the pale margin as the last one, but I like your cross better, because of the funnelshape and the long whiskers.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

to let you know i shovel pruned. i overwintered, was over 6 feet, 4-5 stalks, had one bloom and no more signs of buds. it only had a few blooms last year, not giving it any more time.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

well, I'm going to keep one growing here, maybe it will do something. Thanks arlene

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

I love the color and the tendrils! Brugie you could always open a store or ebay the Dr. Lots of new people are getting into them every day. :)

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Tig, it is a really pretty one, i'm glad you are going to keep it.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

I really like this one, no harm giving her a chance at a different place. thanks again for sharing

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Arlene, no blooms on mine yet. I will see what happens this summer. If it is a poor bloomer, I will do as you did.
