Hattiesburg, MS(Zone 8a)

JT and Arlene, here are picture comparisons of Pink Beauty and Rosemond. The picture on left is suppose to be Rosemond from Hardings nursery!! Center photo is Kirchner-Abel's Rosemond and the photo on right is the Pink Beauty which you got from me. The orgin of my plant is Hodkins in France.

Arlene, now I can see why it is one of your favorites. My cutting is coming along very nicely. I know it will be awhile, but it will be well worth the wait.

Hattiesburg, MS(Zone 8a)

They are slow to root. Mine have been slow to bloom this year. It is still one of my favorite pinks--and Butterfly.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

WLL, go ahead and osmocote/fertilize it!! not super, but some, if you haven't. glad your cutting is coming along. it is a great plant. guess i've said that enough???lol

I'm really anxious to see mine bloom now that I know for sure what it is. Such great color.

Geez, I know what it is, I just wasn't sure which one it would look like. I'm still tired from staying up late last night. :-)

So Barb, the pink beauty is the one with the long, fat calyx?
The Harding Rosemond looks so light pink.

Hattiesburg, MS(Zone 8a)

Kell, yes the buds and flowers are huge. And yes, Hardings' is very light pink-- Has anyone ordered this from her, if so, what is the color?

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Unfortunately Barb, I did not get my order from them. Sad but true! Or I would be in brug heaven by now........LOL!!
