Amarillo Paja

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

I'm still not sure if this is what I have. I hope someone can jump in here and tell me for sure, one way or the other. I like the shape of the flower and it is a bit more creamy colored than the picture. The anthers were removed so I could use the pollen and the afterthought was to take a picture.
Should have said that I got this from Barb and hers hasn't bloomed yet, so we are both in the dark at this point. Maybe this was just a fluke with only four points. I hope it stays that way though.

Very different Brugie. Reminds me of a linen handkerchief!

Ms Brugie, your brugs are as strange as mine this year. Kell, a linen hanky would be white........does look like a fan though, the way it's being held.

Brugie . . I think you might have to wait for the second set to see what kind of flower you get. I don't recall Amarillo Pajo looking like this . . . but, you know how my recall is some days!!!

Frannie, I've never seen one bloom before. I kinda hope it stays like this.
