Isn't he just the prettiest little thang?!?! Makes me happy again ~ I was pretty down the last couple days because we lost a cow night before last. But now I'm happy again!
Another little bull calf! He looks just like the first bull calf that was born a little more than a month ago. Now we have two little bull calves and two heifers. So far the first one, Mitch, is showing good conformation ~ he's a pretty little man. If it turns out that neither is good enough for breeding (unlikely), we'll turn both of them into steers and train them to pull a buckboard. What fun that would be to ride in rodeo parades!!!!!
It looks like Dot, the little heifer that looks like a paint horse, is saying, "Hello! I'm Dot. Who are you?" doesn't it? I love calves!
