Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

OK ,now I want a brug deck just like yours.....for Christmas maybe?

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Gosh Liz, I would think people would be crawling out of the woodwork to get one of your plants. Pretty little things, aren't they? Don't know how anyone could look at one and not get hooked on them. Great picture.

Looking good, Liz.

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

They look very good, Liz. I like the yellow one in front.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

You've got it all! Heavenly!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

but I want to be planted in the ground on the water side...........

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

wow Liz!!! were these in a greenhouse over the winter?

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Last year all but the big ones were in the GH. This year I want just about everything big enough to go dormant.

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

You don't let the little ones go dormant? I was hoping I could let them all go dormant this year to save on our living space. Except for any cuttings I take. They all look beautiful. Wish I could get mine to look so good.

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

The ones on the brug deck are only in their first year - they were cuttings rooting during the winter.
Monika - is there another name for the yellow one in the front aside from insignis orange?? That one came from Eric too. Credit where credit is due.

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

Liz, nice little collection you have going there.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Is that a long pod center in the back? Looks different from the other pods I have seen on Daves. How soon do you know if your flower has poded? thanks

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

No, sorry to say - it's an Apricot Queen bud. I really need to start thinking about crossing these things.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

you never know Liz, they may not be waiting for you.......LOL.........in such close living conditions!!

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Gorgeous blooms.

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Liz, I would say its a suaveolens - hybrid. x insignis do have very distinctive narrow leaves. Real x insignis do not thrive at my place: Its too cool. Jeanne will get a real insignis to try her luck. I have it for two years now, even in the GH during the summer and all I see is buds coming and going. Its supposed to have very large pink flowers.
I make pictures of the leaves and post it.

Hamilton, Canada

Oh Liz homeless brugs...let me adopt some...lol. we can start an adoption program for those.

Duncan, BC(Zone 8a)

How on earth do you move between them to fertilize, water and just watch??
