I don't know, Dave. My dogs don't let the deer get close enough to the house for me to tell. ;) You want a couple to see? I'll check tomorrow to see if there are any small ones I can send.

I know one thing ~ once they're established, I don't think the deer can kill them if the DID eat them. Mom tried for years to kill the one we have with a lawnmower. It's small for 25+ years old, but still here and thriving. You did read the warnings I posted about them? http://plantsdatabase.com/go/50048/ Mine must be a different variety than Txwolfs has as I haven't had that much trouble.
