I don't care what the purists say about my dog having two coats. And that they are actually cooler with the long hair. All I know is that she doesn't just lay around the air conditioner anymore. No more BIG gobs of hair to sweep up. And after her dip in her 'pool' (Ohio River), one towel and she is dry. She gets shaved in April, July, and the beginning of October. Anyone else do this?
