A hernia??

I went back to the doctor yesterday for another post-op follow-up, I've been having pain near my incision, on the right side, even though the majority of my surgery was on the left side, he said I might be starting to get a hernia??? I've been back to work full-time for a week and a half, but now he said I can only work part-time "until further notice". I think maybe I over did it because I went back to 3 weeks after surgery, but I felt fine, just a little sore, he also said now I'm not lift anything over five pounds. This is very frustrating, I just can't sit still all the time, and I feel bad being at work doing nothing, I guess some people might like that but it drives me crazy.I just needed to vent alittle but guess its my own fault :(
