Multi-purpose horse question

Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

Good morning, all ~

I know we have several "horsey" people out there. Maybe someone'd care to comment...

I've been reading up on different breeds, and I see draft breeds and riding breeds, and such - but haven't really come across too many multi use animals. If I were to aford a horse, it would have to be my riding horse, my garden plow horse (power tractor for pastures and fields, but horse power for my personal garden) and maybe a small wagon or cart pulling horse all rolled into one. What kind of horse would be that adaptable? I was thinking Arabian or Morgan, but maybe they are too light for plowing? I love the big draft horses, but don't know how easy they'd be for just "riding around". Anyway, be interested in your opinion.

TIA Karla
