G'morning folks. Friday already. The last market day is tomorrow so that means lots of scurrying about for me. Friday is always too short.I thought maybe some of yall might like to see how my cheese is made. I tied this up this a.m. and it will hang to drip all day. I am turning out approx. 5 lbs of cheese a week. There is something in the whey that makes your hands so soft. I love the stuff..it is great on plants and whatever else, even good for chickens!
