I was told or read that Insignis has pink all the way up into the tube and Frosty is just pink around the rim a ways. Will have Insignis blooming before long and then I can compare.

Arlene, your frosty has the rippled leaves, mine does not. I think I read the other day that eclipse said frosties have rippled leaves. Brugie, mine has pink all the way up also.

That sounds more like Insignis Pink, but I'm no expert. Would have to look for a picture or maybe there is one in the PDB.

I would say Insignis pink...looks like mine use to...Frosty pink has undulating leaf edges as a rule.insignis pink doesn't.

are insignis pink and frosty pink the same color pink???????

Arlene..very close..but frosty is always just pink around the edges...insignis colors evenly all over the flower.

Thank you Eclipse!!! unfortunately, means i'm gonna have to post a pic of my very light pink that i have no clue what it is, wondered if it was insignis. it is very light, white in the middle, i guess it is probably a suavolens pink. it's close to the color of shirley's peach without the yellow ribs.

I just saw a site that siad it is Insignis Frosty Pink and then there is Insignis Pink............so if they are both Insignis they probably are pod mates .............so no wonder all the confusion!
