My son, for whatever reason, convinced his grandpa that i had a use for a CASE of overripe bananas.
Okay, so i'll be baking and freezing banana bread all day.
Does anyone have any other good recipes to use these things? i know i can mash and freeze them but i only have so much room in the freezer.
