Open-Face Grilled Tomato & Cheese Sandwiches
Sliced hearty bread, 1-2 per person
Dijonnaise (mixed mayonnaise & Dijon mustard)
Sliced Havarti cheese
Beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
Dill
Preheat Broiler. Spread bread slices with Dijonnaise; top with sliced tomatoes. Add sliced havarti to cover and sprinkle with dill. Place under broiler and toast until cheese melts and tomatoes are warm. Serve hot.
