1 cup sugar
2T. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 3/4 cup pineapple juice
2 eggs, beaten
1T lemon juice
3 quarts water
1T. oil
1 package (16 oz.) Orzo 47 pasta (pasta, rice size)
3 cans Mandarin Oranges (11oz.)
2 cans (20 oz.)pineapple chunks,drained
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
USE PINEAPPLE CANNED IN OWN JUICE
1 9oz. package of cool whip
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup coconut, shredded
Combine sugar, flour, and 1/2 t. salt. Gradually stir in pineapple juice and eggs. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add lemon juice and set aside. (Cool to room temp.)
Cook pasta in water and 2T. salt and oil. Rinse well with cold water, Cool and mix together. Chill overnight.
Mix other ingredients together and add to pasta and sauce the next day.
