I have one of Jessie's siblings crossed to butterfly outside. I like the aurea type hybrids crossed to suaveolens if they are in color and of course fertile. I've used Frosty pink a fair bit though and got mostly whites. Still, I think its a great cross as I prefer the harder crosses. More rewarding.

Just heard from someone that Charles Grimaldi is Dr.Sues x Frosty pink if memory serves me so who knows...you might just come up with something much better.

make sure you post another picture soon. I am podless as of now......... or maybe I have baby pods............
All my tags slipped off when my blooms fell. I guess I should have tagged the limb not the peduncle. LOL

You have picked this one...yes?

New Iberia, LA(Zone 9a)

Yes I went and picked it up this evening. The pod is turning yellow and little brown also the stem is yellow. SHould I open it and spread it on the paper plate to dry up the seeds or just leave it alone for a while?

Mini, better open it up and give us a seed count!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guess what? I couunted the seeds.. I have 87 seeds!!!!! lots of brown seeds and few are mild white.. I am going to let it dry up . I am wondering how long I can plant the seeds so they can sprout faster? NOw or wait few days?
