Pretty Arlene. Hope it keeps its color. Isabella X Butterfly has turned a light (Frosty Pink) color. Shucks!! Maybe tomorrow it will be better.

Ms Brugie, i didn't do a good job on the pic, it is really hard to get close to. it's a very small flower, smaller than butterfly. it has very twisted tendrils and is fragrant. will see. i can't believe yours went lighter.

Nice pic Arlene. How many days has it been open? Just trying to see if there is any chance of some pink coming into that one.

it was still twirled this morning, opened over the course of the afternoon. never caught it going white any of the 39 times i was out there today. brugman, dying to see your pics or at least hear what you have had bloom! btw, i stuck some pink beauty pollen on it, crossing toes.

Arlene,
Sounds like a wonderful cross. Of course your Noel cross you posted about earlier sounds even better. Noel x Butterfly I believe it was....or perhaps Butterfly x Noel? I can't keep up with all the exciting crosses I am hearing about on this site.

Brugman, Jesse Noel X BF, thought it had taken but NOT!

Arlene, I used Dr Suess alot in the early crosses I did.It carries over a lot of color and good qualities.. not many white offspring like the versicolors and suaveolens.! :-)

It's a beauty Arlene.

I have a Whiskers x Isabella pod growing here...wonder what those might look like? I'm not having great luck with pollinating right now...I have better luck in the spring and fall.
