It's still my favorite White so far. Love the pure white color.I told Cala my Brugs would probably be naked when she gets here and it seems that they are all blooming this week.

I'm afraid mine are all going to bloom while I'm gone.

snow..thank the botanical garden in Calif where I first found this guy.It was a tree about 15 feet tall and had the most huge long flowers..I brought a cutting home then sent to NHE and Logees to spread it around. This brug had no mention in any text we could find.Yet it has to be a naturally occuring species in Ecuador...someplace..even Tommie Lockwoods data didn't mention a versicolor alba...we tried to trace its path to USA but no one knew how it got there..just was!

Eclipse, I have to thank you for the above hybrid. I used to grow that one myself and it was simply stunning in its ability to set seed. I had to beat the moths away from that one with a cane and still the seed pods kept coming.

Brugmansia..as far as we can tell its a wild form and not a hybrid.......we may never know for sure!!LOL

Kyle, Didn't realize there was such a mysterious history with it. Makes it all the more valuable to me. It's definitely a keeper.
