Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

These are my bananas in my tropical garden. They are doing soooo much better in the ground compared to in pots. They are surrounded by Dahlias and Brugs but they are holding their own!The one actually has a pup!

CC, those are beautiful. I love them, they really set off a tropical bed. I can save you a pup off my nana tree, but it's definitely not a dwarf, lol. It's to the top of the greenhouse and still going!!

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

OH MY!!!!Get them in the ground girl!!!!!!

Ellicott City, MD(Zone 7a)

How do you winter them over? I would love those in my garden too! Thanks for sharing them with us:~)

Here in Tennessee, they dig them up and store them in the crawl space under the houses. I store the roots in the cool green house because bunnies and everything else gets under the house and I don't want to have to crawl back under there to get the plants out in the spring, lol.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

sorry CC, I didn't get AeAe, I got Eleele. but I did get them both in the ground, just for you!

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)
