Is this a Y?

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

This is a seedling growing in the compost heap. I'm pretty sure it's one of Eric's crosses. It's not even a foot tall... should I pull it outta there and pay more attention to it? These compost seedlings get neglected and the slugs are feasting on them. There's a couple others that look like they may be Y-ing. I'm not sure if it's a real Y or just branching...

It's kind of hard to say! But a maybe from me!

It's a "YES" from me, but I've been wrong before. :-) Any signs of buds down there yet? I have one brug that has Y'd several times, is about 4 ft. tall, and not a sign of a bud yet. Don't know what is going on with it. I also have some very short ones that have buds, so......Hang in there, it should produce something for you soon.

Thanks Brugie! I knew an expert would jump in to confirm my maybe!

You getting my cutting ready?

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Rebecca, which one am I supposed to be getting ready or will it be a box full of them? :-) Have a few growing this year. The yellow MG still hasn't bloomed, but I know from what you said that I might have to wait a while.

I will have to look up email but I do remember you said you will have a double bloom one!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Rebecca, it would have to be the double white that I have. I'll try to get one rooted. They are a little harder to root than the singles for me.
