looks really nice, good color. your yard looks good too.

This is just the beginning of your blooms. From now on it will just get better and better.

well, time will tell, I am trying not be be overly excited, but I have to say that I do check the brugs carefully every day to see if they have Y'd.....
Now, I want a green house!

Looks good - but lonely ~~ you need 50 more to keep it company. Get in your car and come up here.

Good idea Liz. Pebble, I've got lots of extras that need a home right now. Maybe you can smuggle them across the line to WA.

don't think I havent thought of that girls....was trying to figure out how I could manage a Mill trip to BC, I have a mill on the island I do a fair amount of business with, and I usually take my kids with me and turn it into a mini vacation....I could pack the van with brugs.....lol
I'd love to see both of you ladies's brugs....they are so spectacular in photos, they must be breath taking in person :)
If I can manage a trip up that way....you two will be the first to know....trust me!
In fact, I think I will work on it very seriously.

Pebble, which mill do you deal with on the island?

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

Jemico - aka Paulcan, it's a hardwoodd mill, they do mainly pacific coast maple and alder, in Nanaimo...Love that mill. It has got to be one of my most favorite, absolute favorite. several years ago I went to visit, and stayed in a hotel there somewhere, my children were younger, and I needed a babysitter for the whole day so I could go around the mill, and one of the foreman's daughters came to the hotel and stayed all day, took the children swimming, lunch at the restaurant of the hotel, it was really someting else. I can't remember the gal's name, she was just recently graduated from high school and thinking about going into nursing...(well...I sure got off the subject..) but I was so impressed with the whole set up. It's not easy as a lady to go out of town and leave the kids, and when taking them it's always a chore to find babysitters etc., anyway, you get the idea that I was grateful to be able to conduct business and not worry about the little ones.

A nice plant Pebble and congratulations on your buds. It does look like it would like a friend or two though.

Pebble, go north from Nanaimo for about 2 hours or a few minutes less if you drive really fast and you hit my house. I'm in Campbell River.

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

ohhh... there's another mill in Campbell river, but it's a softwood mill, I dont do any business with them, but others in the office do. I cant even think of the name now...maybe campbell river sawmill?lol
If I come to the island, I will let you know.

I can see a plan forming~~

Duncan, BC(Zone 8a)

Don't leave me out PLEASE! I'm just 45 minutes south of Nanaimo or if you come via Swartz Bay/Tswassan Ferry, I'm on the way to Nanaimo! I'm in Duncan in the Cowichan Valley in case you visit any mills in this area.
