Should be open real soon. It doesn't look like a double at this time as it is long and thin, 14 inches including the calyx. We should know in a day or two if it will be a flower in a flower like it says.
Logees Species

Terry, I had Species from Logees for a while and don't be upset if your first bloom isn't double. It will bloom with both, not a lot of singles, but it happens. Seemed to do it more for me when it was hot. Even the singles are beautiful. This is a great plant and it was a heavy bloomer for me. The fragrance is wonderful too.
