Just starting to bloom in mid-July. Blooms consistently through mid-fall here in zone 6b; foliage will become red with cooler temps

Hey, Dave - show this pic to Trish. Maybe it'll convince her that hardy plumbago is almost as cool as the "real" plumbago. Different shade of blue, but I almost like it better - it's VERY vivid and intense.
