Anyone ever read this book by Thad Howard? I just ordered the paperback version, as he appears to be very knowledgeable (and oft quoted) on southern plants, especially bulbs.
Hopefully ya'll will tell me it's a GREAT reference book :) Since getting some Rain Lily bulbs last year, I've developed an interest in the many Zephyranthes and Habranthus species (and cultivars); and (like so many other plants) when I started doing some serious looking, I as absolutely amazed at the sheer volume of choices...
"Bulbs for Warm Climates"

What's the name of the book? I'd like to check it out.
TIA
Hi, Lophophora! Sorry, I guess I didn't make it clear - the name of the book is "Bulbs for Warm Climates". I don't know about shipping to your part of the world, but buy.com had the best price for the paperback version (US $18.87, free domestic shipping.) If you go to Amazon's website, you can view snippets, including the entire index, which is quite extensive.
