What wrong with this one? HELP!!

This is Dr Suess.. It grow strange and not know what wrong with this plant. IT send lots of small leaves.. look ugly...

looks like mites maybe. Do you have Neem oil, Safers soap? if not, get alcohol and wipe the leaves front and back real good. May take more than one treatment. If you have any DE, mix 1 tsp per quart of water and spray real well front and back everyday. They sell it at Lowes, HD.

Is that DE is liquid form...I have some in powder form already.

I mixed my powder with water. Susie said 1 tsp to quart of water.

GOod news.. I glad I saved this plant. I cut the stem with lots of small leaves and throw it away. I waited and finally it sent new shoot and now have pretty big size leaves. It doesn't look like this picture any more. :o)
