this looks wonderful!!! you used the heavier wire, and you got the look I wanted. when money is available I'm going to redo mine. Very nice!!! and that morning glory will love it, and think of the winter interest the wire will give.
good job, picture is great too

Good job Kelley!!!

Well tiG, the wire is almost too heavy under its own weight. Tom then took fishing line and tied it to the very top piece of wire that comes out of the hole and then knotted it all the way down on each layer of copper wiring to help hold it upright. Also HD had wrapped it themselves on a circle thingey so I did not have to wrap it around a coffee can. I got 24 feet and it costs about $10 for the wire and 5 for the post. I had hoped it would be taller but my DH insisted that he hammer over a foot of it in the ground.......... and beggers best be quiet!

I know, whenever DH is willingly working, I try very hard to be quiet. We would have gone with the heavier wire, but I wanted 6 to begin with:) so went cheap to see if I'd even like it. Vines can't tell the difference so far.

Cool idea tiG, and great pictures Kell. Guess I better go shopping and get ready for my MG's to put on a show. I am still waiting on Grandpa Ott's to bloom in the white brug. Hope he isn't getting too much shade.
