well life can throw us curve balls at times its true but we must soldier on to find our happiness.
For me, its the healthiest and most comfortable weight for me. Now that could be a lot more or a lot less that you but we are each different. Really think about what it is for you not based on our weight when we were married or those old clothes we have never thrown away, its about comfort and happiness and if you are comfortable with your weight at 200lbs then so be it!
if not, take baby steps and trust and believe in yourself to achieve 1 oz a day or week. you can do it!
