Very nice! Now I can see why you have a bazillion plants.
Shirley, you and DD did a great job on your website.Your yard and gardens are beautiful. What I would'nt give for a nice flat piece of land like yours. You should be so proud.
Extremely nice, Shirley!!!!

I am SO impressed! Great job, great pictures! Great daughter! So how hard was it to do your website? Too cool Shirley, I love it!
Wowser, Shirley, you sure have been busy. Enjoyed every minute of the pics. Thanks for brightening my day, 3 wks. 90+, NO rain, I am getting "down" there.
Thanks
S,
Beautiful...Isn't it great to look back at this in the dead of winter and think it will look like that again.
I *love* your web page. What a great yard you have! Nice pictures!
Brugie, your gardens are gorgeous!! Snow, I agree with you, I'd liove to have a flat yard.
Brugie, what a gorgeous place!! And huge, too!I must also ask..was it hard to do a website? You and your daughter should be very proud for such a beautiful piece of work.
Thanks everyone. It was kind of fun making the web page. Of course, my daughter makes them to help supplement her need to raise horses. This was just a quick one. I had already put everything into Front page and found out it couldn't be uploaded the way I had it, so she showed me the ropes. Guess what? I've already forgotten how to do it, but will try to add a picture now and then. This was just a quickie, with not a lot of thought put into it. Will hope to get better with time.
Brugie, u and daughter did an awesome job on ur website. u're garden is very lovely & inviting ;). compliments to ur DH for the woodwork he has done. U all did a great job! thanks for sharing :)!
Shirley,
The yard and landscaping is just beautiful. Great job. Congrats to all of you. Have it book marked and will watch for updates.
Great site and even better gardens! I have a flat site, but it's going to take many years to get it to look even half as good as yours. Looking at your landscape pictures has renewed my inspiration to get back outside. It's still 99 degrees, but I feel the need to work outside again. Thanks!
You have such a pretty yard, Shirley!!
Jen,
Did it rain at your house this afternoon?
WOW how beautiful you has your garden so wonderful and thanks for show everyone your website so great photos especially love it whole lot your "Chocolate Cherry" I want few cutiing LOL.
Very Nice - You should be proud of your website and all your beautiful plants.
Hey you all, I don't landscape. Just stick those plants in the ground and pray. So far so good. I'm past the age to be tossing dirt around, so it will probably never change again except for placement of plants. Thanks for looking at my page. I just hope I can retain some of the information Toni gave me for adding pictures. If you don't see anything new in a month or two, you will know I can't figure it out again. :-)
Joan, 99 degrees is horrible. I hope it isn't moving our way.
MVR, I wish he could get out there and build me some more stuff, but I think it is going to have to wait for a while now. Maybe by next spring he will be up to it again.
RR. I have sent out cuttings of the CC and they don't seem to make the trip. I gave the mother plant away and only have a little start for myself. Sorry....
Beautiful, Brugie. I love looking at your pictures.
Shirley . . . What a wonderful website. I am so glad that DD helped you do this. I felt as though I was visiting at your home (and oh! how I wish I could) and strolling around your yard with you. I just don't know how you keep up with so much!!! It is just a little paradise with all the different flowers and veggie garden. I hope that you do sit back and relax a little on the deck - - what a beautiful site to look out and see.
Thanks Frannie,
I've found this year that I have to cut back. I just can't handle all of the work anymore and with Jim out of commission, I'm doing what he normally does too. I'm tired and just hope the weeds don't take over too badly. I do sit on the deck and enjoy as much as I can, but I think most gardeners see a weed and jump up to pull it and that leads to more work. When it is really hot though, the weeds can just grow. I don't jump up for anything. :-) Wish you could come for a visit.
Ms Brugie, your place is beautiful, looks like my kinda place! you must be very happy there and i am impressed with how neat it is...
gloria, it did rain yest..and is raining now. bring it on, i say.
nothing short of a hurricane will get the tables back up, tho.

Jen,
Getting ready to go get Chinese at Norwood Village...maybe I'll see ya there. Do as Kyle said about the Maya....morning sun...afternoon shade...same for Cypress G.
Wonderful pictures! Lovely yard.
Glory, please bring me home some salt and pepper prawns........ I am starving!
Great job. My daughter has volunteered to help me do a page when I get to OK city. Can't wait to show everybody my "Bonzia Brug". Loved the walk in the gardens. Does anybody know the whole poem that has " the song of the bird for myrth. One's nearer God's heart in a garden than anyplace else on earth."
Marieee, go ahead an post a picture here. We would all love to see your Bonzia Brug.
Thanks Jeanne, but the computer doesn't get much time these days. So much to do outside and with Jim. I took a little time off today and vacationed at the beauty shop for a hair cut. It felt so good.......The brugs are beginning to do a little flowering now so there is usually something new to look forward to most days. Getting tired of picking greenbeans. :-)
Brugie
I didn't know how to get the picture. When myDH helped me, somehow it started a new thread (!?!) It's posted, anyway, and I'll get the full bloom posted tomorrow.
Marieee, am not Brugie, but in order to load a new photo, u need to start a new thread. new threads or posting allows u to be able to add a photo. hope that helps... ma vie
Shirley, all I can say is "OMG - that is WONDERFUL"!
Thanks Kay.....it was fun making the site and now if I can just remember how to add pictures, I'll do that. May have to wait for Toni to visit again, just to get things changed on it.
