Thankyou very much gw. I grew this one from seed which came from Wisley. It's now made a very handsome plant. A shame that, as with most cistus, each flower only lasts a day, but there's usually a long succession of them :)

philomel, very pretty and you grew it from seed, I'm impressed. I've grown a cistus here that is a darker pink and it has gotten woody like a shrub. I was able to propogate a couple more. Does your cistus become shrubby and stay perenniel.
