Good solid garden site!

I am finding this site interesting with its 'informed' contributers. Quite a lot to 'digest' each day, and well worth the time.

I garden all 12 months of the year. From seed starting to trellis making, from book reading to mulching, from deadheading to plant trades, from internet forums to nursery shopping.

I was once a golf course superintendent (greenskeeper) in So. Florida. Have a certificate in Horticulture and lack two courses in Landscape and Garden Design for another certificate at a local Conservatory/Garden Center. Will be starting a Master Gardeners Program this fall. As most of you, I have a garden website.

Hey Troy, you are on the right end of the State with Longwood and the HPS. I make the trip to Longwood once each summer. It has now become a ritual.

Nice to meet you. PA huh? I was born and raised in Lewisburg and left in 1969 for college. Nice place to live and garden! Glad to have another with some horticulture background we have so many knowledgeable people here that can answer all your questions, you'll feel at home here.

Welcome to Daves. I visit Pa often as my son and a good friend live there. (Allentown area) I just visited and to my dismay i found peonies growing like weeds. I can't keep them alive here.
