Help with what to do with Tomatoes

Now that I have all the tomatoes(28 plants) and only 3 of us. Have been giving them away by the bowls, they are mostly herilooms and I would like to know a good way to preserve them. Either by freezing or jars. And also a good salsa recipe. Thank you in advance. Cara
