Calalily, I have both this vining type and the shrub type with more tubular flowers with a reddish throat. :-)

I have a small flowered one too, it's like a shrub. I got the shrubby one at Kmart for $5, the big vining one though, I paid $30 for(and it was on sale at that price!!) I would love to find another Chocolate Cherry, Brugie sent me a cutting and I thought it was going to make it, but I killed it.

Calalily I got Brugies chocolate allamanda..I'll try to take some cuttings..I root them in water ..works fine.

Eclipse, you are a sweetie. Don't I owe you something already? With the round up and also doing thousands of mum cuttings(they make my nose stop up) I can't remember anything!!
Liz, It resided permanently in the Jungle house, I don't know if I could untangle it to remove it anyway!!

Waterloolily, there is a little giftie on it's way to you. Our GH manager bought a little pot of allamanda and it had an extra cutting in it. I'm good at begging, lol.
