White Mandevilla.

This is one of two mandevilleas blooming outside along the sidewalk,its flowers are huge and stay nice several days............

Did you say these produce seed? I'd love some from any color to try to grow.

I haven't found seeds but I will try to root a cutting if you want. It is blooming right know but I will check and see where I can snip it at.

mine have never seeded I have tried half hartitly to root some but didn't have any luck

Just about bought one of these at Lowes yesterday. Since I already have many others, thought about it and came home with NO flowers for a change. Now I wish I had given in.

Brugie you can have a cutting or two off of mine...seeing as BOTH plants are white instead of one pink and one white!! :-)

Thanks Kyle, this fall, you can have one of my pink plants. I can't keep them all over the winter. Have two pinks, two red riding hoods, one red velvet, one plain yellow, and one yellow with dark eye that hasn't grown at all since I got it.

Kyle, this isn't the mandevilla laxa is it? It's just like the pink only white? The mandevilla laxa is fragrant(very fragrant) and I want one really badly. I love white flowers and saw this one at a local nursery, I couldn't decide between it or the yellow, I got the yellow.

Calalily... I want Mand. Laxa too..but this is just a white flowered form Of Alice Du Pont. No scent. I think I can find Laxa locally..I'll keep you informed if I find it.Have you seen the new double red large flowered one??? its awesome..Hines in Calif has it.I saw it at a trade show in Jan.

Brugie...A feed store in Dsm has "Pink Parfait" Mandevillas..the double pink one for $22 a gall sized pots.

Thanks Kyle. I really like the double look, but bet they don't perform as well. Oh well, just have to try things once in a while and find out for myself.

MVR.....the $25 plant was the double red. Beautiful thing.

The M. Pink Parfait is simply stunning!! I have the single petal pink and a yellow, now I guess I just need the white, red...

Is the flower on the double Mandevilla smaller then the single flower?

CC, I'm going to have that white one next year and I hope it smells good like advertised. I still haven't seen my Red Velvet bloom. Rabbits ate one side of it off and had dessert of my lupins.
