mama dog needs

we have lost all puppies except 2. aND I THINK ONE WILL GO TONIGHT. the mama had dried up and we are feeding them. the problem is the back two breast on the mama are dry but filled with hard knots and very hot and painful. can anyone tell me what to do to help her. i cannot afford a vet.
