Easy-Does-It Ice Cream Dessert

Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

1 box ice cream sandwiches
1 bottle chocolate syrup
1 bottle caramel ice cream topping (squeeze bottle works best)
1 large ctn. whipped cream
3 Heath or Butterfinger candy bars (regular sized), crushed

Unwrap ice cream sandwiches and place closely together in a single layer in bottom of 9x12 pan. Drizzle with chocolate and caramel syrup until lightly covered. Spread generous layer of whipped topping. Drizzle with more chocolate and caramel. Sprinkle crushed candy pieces on top and freeze until ready to serve. Cut into small (2" or smaller) squares to serve, as it's a very rich dessert.

You can also add a second layer of whipped topping and a third layer of caramel and chocolate if your pan is deep enough - it's only calories! A very easy dessert, and a sure-fire hit at potluck dinners, as long as you can keep it cold until serving!
